I read a few of your posts and just wanted to tell you that I can totally relate to your pre-birthday blase' I'll be 33 this year too and I am not really excited for that change. I hope you had a great day though.

Also, your comment about "Hall Class" made me laugh. My baby turns 1 next week and I am looking forward to Hall Class for another 6 months. I love the day when they turn 18 mos!!!

Anyway, I thought I'd share one of my fav work out songs. Pretty much anything by Daft Punk, but my most fav is called Harder, Faster, Stronger. It gets you going when you feel like you can't go on!

Great blog! I'll be back. :)

Jessica
www.momshots.comJessica Stierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11838549144166955798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22097704.post-24807827511468203672008-06-30T08:10:00.000-07:002008-06-30T08:10:00.000-07:00VAN HALENVAN HALENVAN HALENVAN HALEN
VAN HALEN
VAN HALENBradhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13304419633558627441noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22097704.post-21012543122434176752008-06-29T21:47:00.000-07:002008-06-29T21:47:00.000-07:00Somebody Told Me--The KillersWhen the Night Comes-...Somebody Told Me--The Killers
When the Night Comes--Joe Cocker
You Make Me So Hot-Avril Lavigne
Union--Black Eyed Peas
Brass Monkey--Beastie Boys
Sabotage--Beastie Boys
Phish--can't think of the name right now but all their songs are hilarious
Toxic-Britney Spears
This Ain't A Scene--Fall Out Boy

Hope you like some of them...Tarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17667532578343971110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22097704.post-75844498910154823682008-06-29T14:38:00.000-07:002008-06-29T14:38:00.000-07:00Oh, and have you looked at the workout mixes at it...Oh, and have you looked at the workout mixes at itunes? Theirs are pretty good. And you know how when you click on an album you like, it will say to the right of it "people that bought this also bought...." and it will list a few others. That's how I find alot of my workout stuff. Just follow that string of endless suggestions.Shanakin Skywalkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09105855955928604703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22097704.post-20245353873824871092008-06-29T13:33:00.000-07:002008-06-29T13:33:00.000-07:00I'm soooo old. Since I don't have an iPod or any such thing I'm just "in my head" during my walks, working out "situations" in RS, family, housework etc. It's really a good and creative time for me. The pace was perfect for me to push through hills.

A few others I always seem to keep on my list that get me dancing/running! :) I like to mix up the pace of songs and often jump through if the song isn't the right pace at the moment.

I gotta get running again. You're inspiring me--and so is RACHEL's LIST! So the new one's I've found this past month are Eskimo Joe, Republic Tigers, Ferraby Lionheart, Air Traffic, Dido, A Fine Frenzy (Some of the more up beat ones), THE KOOKS!, Men at Work (not new of course, but always great), Pink.

Thanks for sharing yours. I posted this question on my blog a few months back and no one had anything to say. Most of these for ME are CLEANING motivating songs (because I hate it) but they would get your running moving, too. Especially Mika.
