Brother's Day
A few weeks ago, O had the great thought that we should be celebrating Sister & Brother day. We decided to break them up (of course) and he suggested that June 11th would be a great day, we went with today (the 13th), and we made a special card and a special breakfast and just by saying 'Happy Brother's Day', you too would melt from the light in their eyes. They are adorable brothers, who fight and totally get on each others' nerves (and ours), but they truly love each other when it comes down to it and play quite well together. I love the reports from the neighbors about their adventurous, giggly, knock-down then hug, walks to and from school. And they truly treat PJ like a princess, yet let her rough and tumble with the best of them. I think Brother's Day is a fantastic idea (and Sister's Day too!). Way to go O.
And Happy Brother's Day to my brother Matt! Oh yeah and my brother's in laws, John, Josh, Alex, Ryan, Robert, Jared, & Mark and Jesse & Tyler.
