AK had it hot and fresh on ice cream last night. We had it cold on AK's crepes this morning. As seen on 'Barefoot Contessa's' Halloween party show, but with less orange and no granny smith. She recommended using 1/2 McIntosh and 1/2 granny smith, which sounds yummy and more tart.
