Buche de Noel


On Christmas morning, Nik Looser, an awesome Austrian 70 or 80-something on his way to the slopes dropped off a beautiful, self-made Buche de Noel for us. This made my Christmas (although it was already super-delightful). I love people! I love talented people that can make incredible and beautiful and delicious desserts too maybe more. I told AK, "Dude, no pressure, but that's what I want when you are 70 or 80 something." Meaning still skiing/snowboarding and being super cute.
