Grateful Sabbath

  1. Good friends that take us bowling (Friday and another FHE night) and invite us to their family BBQ today.
  2. A loving and willing one weekday night and one weekend night babysitter who is beautiful and talented and the hardest worker who lives in our house and let's me borrow her clothes.
  3. An eternal companion that loves a bike ride date (or snowshoeing or snowboarding or fly-fishing).
  4. My boys that still hold my hand on walks, even if just for a moment.
  5. P and her awesome laughs. She has 3 pretty distinct laughs. 1 is kind of a fake, stoner laugh. 1 is a true giggle. 1 is a deeper, throatier giggle.
  6. Grandparents who love their grandkids and are willing and able to play with them, take them to movies, garden with them, send them postcard notes, and just love them.
  7. Aunts, Uncles, and cousins who do the same.
  8. Mia's phone calls and conversations and for talking in her sleep about talking to us on the phone.
  9. The Phelps gang will be in town in 6 days.

She left a couple more messages because she was crying today about wanting to go to BooBoo's. We told her it was too far and we were going soon, but she said "It's ok. We'll just stay and play. We don't need to pack."

Gotta love the bike ride date! We try for it at least once a week. I love having common interests and hobbies with the hubby. What is the yogurt place or whatever it is you were talking about in your last post? Sounds delicious!

We're grateful for your family! You visit us, make us pancakes, entertain us, and even go to the movies with us.
