Isaiah thoughts...& Key Lime Pie

The boys.

Thoughts this morning...from Isaiah 8:10-14 "Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us. 11 For the Lord spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying, 12 Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid. 13 Sanctify the Lord of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread. 14 And he shall be for a sanctuary;

Trust in the Lord peeps.

Key Lime Pie Recipe
One pie shell (we used Marie Calendar's, regular pie crust, and I am just now realizing, it should have been pre-cooked). Preferably graham cracker.
One - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice (yes, the recipe is also on the bottle)
Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice, blend until smooth. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Just before serving, top with whip cream, serve.
