Amanda Jane aka my girl's best friend!

Here are more pics. One of the whole Creer family, including Amanda Jane, born Friday (see blog below). And one of Kate and Dr. Terry, my ob/gyn as well, whom we love, love, love! Katie is quite amazing, and just seems to have not lost a stride with the additional kid thing. And she has virtually no tummy! I hate her, no I love her, but you know what I mean, since I will be looking 6 months pregnant for at least 2 weeks after (so called because of the "surgery", but probably because of my typical lovely 60 pound weight gain. Lovely for you all to imagine.

Asher Jensen Knight

This is darling Asher Jensen Knight, born to Jesse and Christie Knight last night. Although she was due the same week as me (the last week of March) and had it almost 4 weeks early. 6 lbs. 12 ounces, not bad for 36 weeks! And this pic cracks us up since he looks 3 months old already. Katie had her baby on Friday, a peanut at 7 lbs. 1 ounce, and dropped a few ounces. SHE is tiny and so cute. The sex was a surprise and it was seriously the coolest thing ever. I must admit I am quite relieved, since I am having a girl and Caroline is too (the same week as me as well). Well, I am scheduled for a c-section on the 21st. I would love to go next week, but I actually really like the date (first day of spring, same day as Mary Fuller and others birthdays). Hillary has me working on the blessing dress, which I am happy to keep me busy. It includes some smocking, french hand sewing, entredeux work and other stuff that I learned about tonight! Thank goodness she is a fabulous star seamstress, otherwise you have got to be kidding me! The boys are getting used to the name, they are nearly weaned off Marlene, although Owen still calls her "the name" plus Marlene Jane Knight, as if she will have 4 names! But they both called her baby Jane today, very cute.

Andy's in Mexico Surfing

AK is in Mexico surfing with the Barton, quarterly surf trip gang (he makes it semi-annually). He bought this very cool board in San Diego. I am glad but nervous because he wants to "share" it with a Stayner, and as most of you may know, we don't treat our things well, let alone other's things! It's something to be said of Dad teaching us not to covet and stuff like that but seriously, we probably all know what happened to the last board Andy had in a Stayner's possession. Also, another lesson I have yet to learn about forgiving and FORGETTING. No offense un-named Stayner, I love you, but I am your sister. Anywhoo, here I sit wallowing only a little that it is snowing here, I am white as a ghost, big as a sumo, and my darling husband is surfing in Mexico. It is what I always dreamed, no seriously, I always wanted a surfing, sporty, & smart husband and I totally got it. I am glad he can enjoy something while I am waddling about. I actually am really sad the snow season is soooo bad that he's only been snowboarding twice this year! I think he'll be going next week with Parker Jones, which Holden is very excited about too. Today is Holden's discovery day, where I bring in clever things to talk about him in his Kindergarten class. Unfortunately with the basement remodel I had misplaced all of the photos I had ordered for this occasion, but I found some randoms and made a very plain posterboard. He is really a star. Owen has been on a punching and hitting kick which is driving me insane! I keep telling him I am going to chop off his arms like Ammon, and I know that is not cool! Oh yeah, we set the C-section date for March 21 at 5 pm. It is Jen VandenNakker's birthday as well as the first day of spring! We'll have two birthday's in one week (with O's on the 17th) which may be crazy, but fun!

Peter Robert Gibbons

Here is a picture of me, large and in charge with the newest nephew, Peter Robert Gibbons, Jocelyn & Robert's first. We were all so excited to see him, and JoJo and Robert and see how they were doing. The boys were cute. Oh and Peter looks a lot like Holden when he was first born - I think. Very cute, and JoJo and Robert are mellow scabellow, just chillin' and handling everything like pros. And for me, it means 5 down (Megan, Kay, Rachel, Liz, & JoJo) and 1 to go (Kate) and then ME! I am totally at the stage where I really want to hide away in my bedroom, but I keep going out and about and looking ridiculous but getting on with life. I am really just trying to enjoy my darling boys before our new addition. I am totally jinxing myself, but right now, with Andy & Holden & Owen, it's the best. The boys have been so good and fun lately, although we seriously have been taking in way more easy than we used to (and that is probably why). We hardly ever go to museums or the zoo or even playdates anymore, and spend a ton of time at home (mostly napping), but the boys are totally happy and content and sweet and fun! Owen being 3, almost 4, and Holden at 5 is simply the best, I really, really want to freeze time right now. Please, please tell me it just keeps getting better, all the while slowing down? Andy and I had a great babymoon this weekend, thanks to Andy and sisters Linny & Dori, who lovingly watched the boys. Things are so good right now, I didn't even really want to leave the boys! But it was so great to have my man all to myself! We hit the temple (gotta love the SL live sessions, seriously!) then Red Iguana late night. I really, really tried to sleep/lie in and made it until about 8:45. We checked out at about 10 and went to breakfast at D & E's for the last time ever. It was gross and good and ghetto all at the same time. Andy goes to Mexico to surf with the Barton gang again this week. I am stoked for him, and so envious that he gets some sun and surfing. I will have my day. I am totally planning future spa days with my girl in New York, cooking classes in Paris, beach and spa trips to the Bahamas, yea some day...

Kudos Kathy & Tyson - You made this cool!

Thanks to our totally cute cousins Kathy & Tyson, it seems since they started blogging, our family has really got on board - they totally made it cool (Rach, JoJo/Bob, & I just weren't too interesting/cool for them!). Its great, except our silly internet provider decided to randomly drop us (we are paid up I swear, it's a switching phone company thing) and I have been without my email for 36 hours and it was kind of nerve racking. I caught up on some lame t.v. in the meantime. The boys are sleeping, AK is out playing basketball, and its snowing (yeah!), its a beautiful night! Random. So almost a year ago I invited some friends to see my blog (Mollie Flint-Rosing, Alli, Lorian, CT, etc.) and CT thought it was fun, but the rest were like - so what is this blog thing? I felt like Steve Jobs or something, and stunned that they had no clue what this was. I love reading up on our daily events, even Rachel's random friends (not Leslie, I know her, but like the other people I have no clue who you are, but I think you are fun and great). Its like our own People Magazine or something. Okay I just took some Robotussin DM (for my gnarly cough) and I think its kickin' in. Can you tell?
